Facebook adds GIF support in its Newsfeed...

The popular Social media network Facebook has announced that it has added GIF(Graphics Interchange Format) support in it's News Feed.However you may not be able to see the added functionality as this update is still rolled out.

      
 To try the new GIF feature, Facebook users have to embed a link from an external website such as Giphy,Tumblr,or elsewhere, into their status update box and then hit publish. You cannot upload the GIF directly to Facebook, as it won’t work.
                                   
              Once the users hit publish, the GIFs will auto-play on the Facebook with your current video autoplay settings. If you choose to disable autoplay in your settings, it will show a small circle with “GIF” on it, which can be used like a play/pause button.


When Twitter rolled out its support for GIFs last summer, Facebook did not move from its stand. Facebook is one of the last social networks to provide support for GIFs to automatically play.

Facebook has introduced Free Video calling in messenger

Today the smart ruler of social media has introduced Video calling in messenger app, Which was launched before couple of days I mean on this Monday. with 600 million messenger users and 1.44 billion users on facebook,the new video calling feature has huge amount of built-in audience. The Messenger has no plans to charge from they users to have this feature or for using it.

you can easily and much more quickly have Face-to-Face conversation through facebook messenger.
Yes, Now you can have face-to-face conversations with your friends and the peoples you like.

If you have access you will find a video icon on the top most right corner, Tap on video icon to make a free video call, right after your screen changes to selfie mode you can also toggle to backside camera.

Facebook has launched to Both the users of IOS and ANDROID for those who are in Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Laos, Lithuania, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, UK, US and Uruguay.

By the Next few months additional regions can be added, Officially said by Facebook.
